Big enough rooms with a balcony. The bathroom is big too. The location is good as every place in town is closer to this location.

Pros: - Best host of any property I have met so far. The manager of very humble and helping person. He helped us in guiding ola/Uber drivers at 4 in morning which is beyond commendable. - Good rooms at great price. - The property is situated between two major roads of Guwahati so you can easily get taxi/ola/Uber. Cons: - The room on second floor needs cleaning and renovation (I stayed in it for one day and then changed to first floor). - The bathrooms should be deep cleaned once!

Location is good easy to find taxi and rent bike. Service is excellent. Need to improve the rooms little bit. Overall good experience

Great ambience. The owner was also very friendly and helped us with all the requirements. It's also located in a quiet area, so it's worth the stay. Highly recommended.

The experience was absolutely fantastic and awesome, Rantu Da was an absolutely genius person, he actually knew the quality and taste, Three days of stay with my wife was so peaceful and happy. No disturbance no sound. The staff Kukil also a good person and helpful too. Overall I'll give a rating of 10/10. Quality service.

I spent one night the villa. It was a great experience. I found no sound in the rooms, it was quite calm. Also AC and TV facility was there. Price is affordable. Toilets are clean. If you are making plan to go there then you can go. I found it value for money.

We preferred non-ac room. This is at the top floor. The room was not as expected. The part of cealing POP in bathroom was literally absent. There was drainage smell also in the room. Connectivity to the place is good. There is open drainage line on both sides of the road. The caretaker didn't adjust the room even after complaining. This was our worst experience on first day of North-East India trip.
